To maintain the quality of our premium materials, we strongly recommend hand-washing all items. If using a machine, please select the hand-wash cycle to avoid shrinking or damage.

- Malaysia: Delivery typically takes 7 to 9 business days from fulfillment.
- Worldwide (International): Delivery takes a minimum of 2 weeks (14+ business days), depending on destination postal routes and customs clearance.
